New Pennsylvania Use Tax requirement:

Individuals filing a PA-40 tax return will see a new lline on the form for Use Tax.  This line is in response to the increase in online purchases and the fact that many vendors do not collect sales tax at the source.  You must keep your receipts and report the total purchases of taxable items and pay tax on those purchases.  Instructions and the table can be found here.
